Who doesn't enjoy a good love story? Especially when it is something this good! This lovely couple met while Jordan (the boy) and his family were on vacation in Virginia. Sara (the girl) spotted Jordan eating at a little burger diner, and thought he was cute. What really sealed the deal was the little fact that he was wearing TOMS!!! Thanks to TOMS Shoes this couple was brought together and is not getting married!!! So special.

I can only imagine how much fun it would be to play ping pong against Blake Mycoskie. I am a horrible ping pong player, but I would for sure give it a try because Either way I would win. TOMS Shoes has teamed up with Digg to bring you these fabulous looking pair of shoes. These shoes were designed by two of Diggs very own designers. They are based off of Diggs color pallet: Yellow, blue, and orange. The shoe has awesome zig-zag stitching and the Digg logo all on the inside. The moment I saw these shoes I loved them, probably because I am a sucker for zig-zags. But I confess I love them even more when I found out they are limited edition! What can I say...I guess I like the possibility of being sightly more unique.

Finally Toms Shoes has released the video of the 2009 USA Shoe Drop. Toms Shoes held shoe drops in the USA for the second year. This video documents the shoe drops that took place in August and September of this year.

Toms Shoe is becoming more popular than ever, but don't worry this isn't just another fad. People are just becoming more aware of the impact they can make on their own community. I believe the USA Shoe Drops helped improve this awareness. I will continue to be an avid supporter of Toms Shoes and the One For One movement.

Style Your Sole Block Party Video!

Here is an awesome video I found documenting the events of one Style Your Sole party. What an awesome way to get the word out about TOMS Shoes and get the whole community involved! Everyone looks like they are having a blast decorating their Tom's, and simply enjoying themselves. Isn't that what TOMS Shoes is all about anyways, making a better tomorrow? So of course it is lovely to see people having a good time at Tom's events. One of my favorite things about this video is the fact that it shows off the different ways people "style their souls." Some techniques and items used were: spray paint, regular paint, fabric, stencils, sharpies, glue on jewels, and the list goes on and on (can you spot them all).

Finally TOM's gives us something we can tie!!! Ok don't get me wrong I love the original style of TOMS Shoes that you can slip on with ease. But I always wished there could be a little something more diverse, so I could stand out. Now that something is here...the Cordones. They have the same base idea as the TOM'S orginals, but now you have the option of wearing them with or without shoeslaces! I love the look of these shoes. They remind me of old shoes from the twenties or maybe shoes you go bowling in? In other words I think these shoes are pretty awesome. They have a saficiticated look that their earlier predicessors almost pulled off, meaning these shoes are business casual ready! I know the price might seem a little steap, running anywhere from $69-79, theses shoes are made to last and made out of quality material so they are worth it. Plus these shoes still follow the one for one philosiphy.

TOMS Shoes came about after Blake Mycoskie saw there was a necessity for shoes in many parts of the world. I don't know about you but I have always taken my shoes for granted, when I was younger one of my favorite parts of summer was that it was warm enough to go barefoot. I know that wasn't my mom's favorite part, because she was constantly getting after me to put shoes on saying "you don't know what kind of germs you gather on your feet." Ok have come to the conclution that I deffiniately need to invest in some TOMS Shoes Wrap Boots. Have you seen them yet, because they are awesome! I know you have heard of TOMS Shoes, and your probably woundering what is so great about them. Right? No worries, I was in that same boat about six months back. As horrible as it is to say, my first encounter with Tom's Shoes was not a good one. A friend and I were approached by a girl that neither of us knew. Which is usually with us, we like meeting new people. This time, However, it was very not ok with us. First she asked us if we had ever heard of Tom's Shoes (sounds normal so far), but when our answers were both "no" she proceeded to take her shoe off and shove it just inches from our faces so we could read the inside of her shoe. The logo really peaked my interest especially after seeing the one for one slogan, but I wasn't about to ask her since all I wanted was to get her shoe out of smelling distance. Unfortunately, it wasn't until days later that I was able to see past the horrid shoe encounter and remembered the Tom's Shoes name. I promptly decided to check it out and I was IMPRESSED!!! Blake Mycoskie, the founder of Tom's Shoes, started his business based on the idea that he could give away a pair of shoes to a child in need for every pair of shoes he sold.
